How it works
Three steps each. No middlemen.
Teams post what they're looking for, riders apply with a complete profile. Contact happens when the team decides to accept.
If you are a rider
- 01
Sign up and complete your profile
You need date of birth, category, rider type, country. Then weight, height, FTP, results and past teams: the more complete the profile, the more teams read it.
- Minimum age 15, Junior category or above
- Photo, bio and Strava link optional but recommended
- You choose whether teams can find you
- 02
Browse the openings
Openings are visible to registered riders and can be filtered by category, discipline, role, country and region. You only see those compatible with your category and gender.
- Minimum requirements stated by the team
- What's offered: equipment, expenses, calendar
- Deadline and number of places
- 03
Apply and follow the answer
One application per opening, with optional motivation. From your area you see the status: pending, under review, accepted or declined.
- When accepted you get an email with the team's contact
- You can withdraw an application at any time
If you represent a team
- 01
Register the team
Name, category, institutional email and this year's federation affiliation document. Verification is manual and usually takes one or two days.
- The document is visible only to the platform administrators
- The institutional email is not shown to riders until you accept an application
- 02
Post openings
One opening per profile wanted: category, role, gender, minimum requirements (age, FTP, W/kg), what you offer, deadline. Close and reopen whenever you want.
- Openings are visible only to registered users
- Editable at any time
- 03
Review applications and run the team
Every application comes with the full profile. Sort by W/kg, FTP, podiums or experience, take private notes, change the status. Then manage the roster by category, the race calendar with call-ups and messages to everyone.
- Email notification for every new application
- Access to public rider profiles even without an opening
- Roster, calendar and messages included
