How it works
You register the team, we check federation affiliation and institutional email by hand, then you post one opening per profile you are looking for. Applications arrive with the rider's full profile and you handle them from a single dashboard.

Writing an opening that works
Generic openings get generic applications. The more precise you are about category, role and minimum requirements, the more useful the applications you receive.
- State the category and age group you actually need
- Declare minimum requirements: age, FTP, W/kg. They filter before you have to read
- Say what you offer: equipment, expenses, calendar, technical staff
- Set a deadline: it moves the riders who keep postponing

Verified teams also need to run the season. From here you organise the roster by category, the calendar with call-ups and messages to everyone, without chat groups.
