Why it exists
The youth market still runs on word of mouth.
Every autumn dozens of Junior and Under 23 riders end up without a team, not because there are no places but because nobody knows they are available. Teams, for their part, get Instagram DMs and calls from improvised agents. Talenti Cycling puts everything in one place, with the data needed to decide.
